There is no update for the Junior High Weekly page this week because of the April 3-6 JH experiential trip and the upcoming Spring Break. The next Junior High Weekly will be published on April 20th.
A reminder that high school seniors who plan on attending this year's spring experiential trip need to have their permission form turned in by this Friday, April 6th. This year's senior trip will take place April 18-21 and will feature visits to various locations in and around San Francisco. The permission form as well as specifics about the senior trip, including a detailed itinerary, can be found on our Forms page.
A reminder that the Lower Elementary and Junior High divisions will be departing on their respective experiential trips this Tuesday, April 3rd. All students going on the trips are asked to bring their bags to school on Monday morning for gear checks. Bags can be dropped off in the Multipurpose Room where they will be secured until departure on Tuesday. The Law Offices of McDowall Cotter will be holding a special seminar to answer many of the critical questions involved with planning for a person with special needs. The seminar will be held at their offices on April 19th from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. There is no charge for admission, but seating is limited and you must call ahead to reserve a spot. On March 29th and 30th, Stanbridge students will not be in school due to third quarter conferences. We have organized volunteer community service activities for students on both days. On Thursday, March 29, junior high and high school students will have the opportunity to volunteer at Oceana Nursery in Pacifica and on Friday, March 30, we have organized a service activity for upper elementary, junior high and high school students to assist staff at the San Francisco Food Bank. Details of both events and the necessary permission forms are located on our Forms webpage.

On Tuesday & Wednesday, March 20 & 21, the Common Ground Speaker Series will host its next presenter, Rick Wolff. Below is a brief bio on Coach Wolff, along with the dates, times and locations of his presentation:

Mr. Wolff’s books include Parenting Young Athletes the Ripken Way with Cal Ripken and Good Sports: The Concerned Parent’s Guide to Competitive Sports.

Spring conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 29th and Friday, March 30th between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. each day. To schedule your conference times, please fill-out the online form on our website's Forms page.
Upon receipt of your request, the main office will email you to confirm your dates and times, as well as the teachers you are scheduled to meet with. Conferences will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please submit your conference requests by Tuesday, March 27th.
