The Stanbridge Academy Summer School program
Stanbridge Academy offers its students a robust summer school program that focuses on building social and life skills, as well as providing a means of increasing skills in academics, sportsmanship and the arts. Each year, courses are available for students in every division during all six weeks of Stanbridge Academy's Summer School program.
As part of our Summer School program, Stanbridge offers our signature "Bridges to Independence" program for high school students, a multi-week series of classes where students focus on career, college, financial, and living skills needed to prepare them for life after graduation. Other classes focus on critical thinking, sportsmanship, physical activity, and arts education through cultural experiences and hands-on learning.
The summer school program helps keep our students’ minds working as they explore and discover new information about the world and themselves in a familiar and nurturing environment.
