Afterschool Enrichment Clubs
Art, badminton, chess, drama, etc., etc... Afterschool clubs offer Stanbridge students a chance to enhance their talents in an area of interest, or sample their skills at a new endeavor, all while building social skills and connecting with their fellow classmates and teachers. A variety of clubs and enrichment activities are offered to students in all grades, and students are invited to enroll in one or more (club costs are not included with tuition). Afterschool club sessions are scheduled in trimesters during the school year, and the selection of clubs is subject to change throughout the year based on student and teacher/staff interests. The number of classes per course fluctuates per session due to school holidays and may contain eight to eleven classes. Previous club offerings have included: Stage improvisation, Dungeons & Dragons, math, ceramics, cooking, drawing, creative play, swimming (through a partnership with the San Mateo YMCA), and yoga.

Summer School at Stanbridge
Stanbridge Academy’s Summer School program helps keep our students’ minds working as they explore and discover new information about the world and themselves in a familiar and nurturing environment. From academics and athletics to outdoor activities and artistic pursuits, there is truly something for everyone.
Each year, Stanbridge offers a variety of summer courses for students in all divisions, including incoming students. Our Summer School program is scheduled in week-long courses, with each course generally occurring Monday through Friday of the specific week from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Some courses may build upon each other in multiple weeks, in which case, students are encouraged to enroll in successive weeklong courses. Courses enroll a minimum of five students with a maximum enrollment of eight students (per teacher). Costs are based upon course content (i.e. courses with day trips or extensive materials have a higher cost).
Summer School is open to current and incoming Stanbridge students, as well as alumni in good standing. Enroll now through April 12 for offered courses below. Check back to this page in mid-April for a final-offer course guide.
