Admissions Process

Stanbridge accepts new students on a rolling basis throughout the school year when space is available. The process is straightforward and designed to give both your family and our team the information needed to make a confident decision about fit.

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Complete our online inquiry form. Our Director of Admissions will reach out to schedule an initial conversation, answer your questions and share information about our program.

Step 2: Apply Online
If Stanbridge seems like a good fit, you'll be invited to complete a full application. Login details and requirements will be provided after your inquiry. Our Admissions Committee reviews all completed applications.

Step 3: Campus Tour and Student Shadow
Your family will tour campus and your child will shadow classes for two consecutive full days. Students are paired with a peer ambassador and participate in regular classes alongside current students. Students in grades 4 through 12 may complete reading and math assessments during this visit.

Step 4: Admissions Decision
Following the shadow visit, our Director of Admissions will share staff feedback and discuss next steps. Qualified students will receive an invitation to enroll if space is available. If a class is full, qualified students are placed in a waitpool and families are notified as soon as a space opens. Tuition is prorated based on your child's start date.
