Teaching at Stanbridge is different from teaching at a traditional school. Classes are small, students are known deeply, and the work is specific and collaborative in ways that are hard to find elsewhere.
Stanbridge seeks teachers and staff who bring subject-area expertise alongside a genuine understanding of how neurodivergent students learn. We value educators who are curious, flexible and committed to growing in their practice. Stanbridge has financially supported faculty in earning teaching credentials and master's degrees in special education, and our professional development program provides ongoing support throughout your time here.
Stanbridge is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, military or veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
