Stanbridge students leave with academic skills, self-knowledge and a concrete plan for what comes next. Every post-secondary path looks different, and that's intentional.
College Counseling and Transitions
Beginning in eighth grade, Stanbridge's College Counseling and Transitions program works individually with students and their families to explore the full range of post-secondary options, including four-year and two-year colleges, trade and vocational programs, residential transitions programs and supported employment pathways. The goal is a plan that fits the student.
The Path After Stanbridge
Stanbridge graduates take a number of different paths, including:
Four-year and two-year colleges and universities including UC Berkeley, UC Santa Cruz, San Francisco State University, St. Mary's College, Landmark College, Notre Dame de Namur University, Cal State East Bay and College of Idaho.
Bay Area community colleges, vocational and trade schools including Foothill College, Skyline College, De Anza College, College of San Mateo, City College of San Francisco and the San Francisco Academy of Art.
Residential education and transitions programs including Wayfinders at Fresno State, Foothill College's Tools for Transition and Work, MERISTEM, the College Living Experience, New Directions for Young Adults and the Aspen Network.
